What is a Signatory Investor?

Institutional investors (banks, pension funds, insurance companies etc) agreeing to put their name on the CDP information request are known as 'signatory investors'. 385 signatory investors, including Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, AIG Investments, Barclays and HSBC are currently signatories to CDP. There is no charge to become a signatory investor. Signatory investors have access to all CDP responses, including those that are not made publicly available.
