If you are experiencing problems downloading responses the most likely reason is because of the Cookie settings on your computer. In order to download responses they must be set up as explained below:

In your internet browser
Go to tools
Internet options
Privacy
Advanced
Override Automatic cookies - Tick box
Enable Session Cookies - Tick Box

If you still cannot download responses after changing these settings please email info@cdproject.net
